#ndt U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulators ordered on Wednesday that the Belle Fouche Pipeline Co. improve leak detection after the 4,200 barrel oil spill which occurred in North Dakata, only 150 miles from the site of the protests against the North Dakota Pipeline Access project.
