The UAV<\/b> is an acronym for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, which is an aircraft with no pilot on board. UAVs<\/b> can be remote controlled aircraft (e.g. flown by a pilot at a ground control station) or can fly autonomously based on pre-programmed flight plans or more complex dynamic automation systems using GPS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inspections using UAV are quick to arrange and complete and ideal for high level, limited man access or wide area surveys. Target co-ordinates will be archived allowing future annual inspections or repeat inspections to be completed using stored grid references of each location or object.<\/p>\n<\/div>
